State ID's can be obtained at any age but everyone must have one when they turn 18 years old. A Drivers Permit is a form of State ID that allows a person to drive a car with a licensed driver in the car with them. There are several ways to obtain your driver permit. Accommodations can be requested for the drivers test but there is an additional process to access these accommodations.
